I have a lot of confidence in the long term price growth of this market.

I am sure hoping it's an oversight, however the response did not give me confidence as such. 

I know I put the work in already to get to this point, and though I've had the confidence or the manifestation knowing all along I could do it without a doubt, it still shocks me at times that I was able to do it by myself with zero guidance and just intuition and a cant fail attitude!

Stressed with lots to figure out in terms of getting systems in place and making repairs with not much time to get everything done, but I'm confident in the deal.
