It's really about how much traffic the city/area gets for MTR/STR. 

If you have the time and energy it takes to wholesale, then that can be a good idea to build some capital and get your foot in the door.

We did a followup BPO 3 months ago and it came in at 39.9k but our realtor tells us people are having problems getting loans for these lower priced properties and that with owner financing we can get more traffic and a higher price.
