Property management would depend on the company but ranges from 7-10% so interview a few different companies.

my last post on this subject.I ran into a small company  6 folks involved  boy friend girl friends  they read rich dad book then went to a guru presentation and learned about wrapping notes which of course is the bizz model your talking about.

The home will need some work, but I am excited about it.I would appreciate any recommendations for a reasonably priced insurance company for the unit while I am rehabbing it.

We have a checkbook LLC account with Titan bank that we setup from our SDIRA company and haven't had any issues for the last year from any transactions.

Then you have companies that originate and having a loan go NP is a semi disaster :)  What I am seeing is some of the NPN folks have had to go into origination as the NPN space inventory shrunk a ton and or pricing was to high to make sense. 

Amortizations were all done in the little book that title companies handed out.. rates went from 6% as noted to 24% ..
