As an aside, the old management company (that I terminated a couple weeks ago) gave the tenant my personal cell phone number so I got a call from her yesterday which was awkward and highly unprofessional. 

It automatically uses the last 4 digits of the guest cell number and doesn’t matter which booking platform, e.g.

Out of 10,000 phone numbers (combining cell and landline), we only got 3,000 non-DNC-registered.
