Equity is a powerful piece of the puzzle that can't be ignored.

I'm just puzzled at some of the posts suggesting that depreciation recapture is income, or even worse, TAXABLE income.This whole recapture thing is simply a mechanism whereby the IRS takes back a tax break or some of it, that it had given out in the past.

Another piece of this puzzle is that the sales tax is a little bit higher, too.
