Sometimes property managers mark up materials or labor without fully explaining it.

I'll have to look into that and see how I could explain it to this seller in a way that makes it appealing to them. 

If we could just explain to the young agents or new agents, here and in the field, to add value wherever they go, the clients would come from that.
