Tenant is a private company but lender is free to examine their solvency for purposes of covering lease.

Allowances can be made for seasonal employment, typical for the building trades and agriculture, if documented by the lender.When analyzing the probability of continued employment, the lender must examine the borrower’s past employment record qualifications for the position previous training and education, and the employer’s confirmation of continued employment. 

If you find you are getting burned out because you are constantly up late AND up early the next morning, consider examining your overall efficiency.

Prohibition on distribution or sale of mailing or telephone number lists — Penalty. (1) Except as provided in subsections (2),Subsection (2)  "...this section does not prevent an individual from compiling a mailing list or a telephone number list by examination or copying of public records, original documents or applications which are otherwise open to public inspection."

In signing this Lease, Tenant agrees that Tenant has examined the Premises and certifies that it has not observed any pests in the Premises
