Hey @Chi Lo - I actually have a video on my YouTube page about this (lookup ClosedByMo on YouTube).Regarding walls being damp and waterproofed, it means there needs to be waterproofing on the basement retainer walls (this is something you can do post-construction and the contractors would need to dig around the house exposing the basement/foundation to apply the waterproofing).

You would essentially be working 50-60 hour weeks when combining with your full-time job and the real estate to qualify.If you have a detailed and accurate hours log, it is possible but just note that it may raise scrutiny by the IRS.

In other words, you will be taxed twice on the money that you do take out essentially.

If you're only really working your local market, and mostly driving for dollars, and want essentially a 1 stop shop that can do most things pretty well, then Deal Machine should work for you. 

But essentially Apple is injecting a TON of revenue into the local economy which attracts investors AND people wanting to move to the area.

I'd suggest that there is essentially no tax implication for this as compared to your alternatives.
