I enjoyed reading about your first year of investing—it’s clear how much you’ve learned.

I now work in the field of tax benefits and cash flow for owners of commercial properties and residential rentals for purchases of $250K to over $2.5 Billion. 

I’ve hit my financial goal and can quit buying houses. 2025 goal: pay off my last two 401k loans I used to buy a couple houses and enjoy a second home we just bought for ourselves in November.

I had never been one for weapons, never have gotten into guns as a hobby or really enjoyed shooting.

I'm particularly passionate about the Detroit and sout east Michigan area.Outside of real estate, I enjoy converting vans for Van Life.Excited to learn and connect with you all! 

although keep in mind this narrows the field of buyers quite a bit.. 

The tenants enjoy using the interface, it is simple to communicate with them as a whole or individually, collect rent payments and see when they are in transit, offer CC payment options at tenants expense, track maintenance request, share documents, and lease the property.Short comings are their financial portion.
