My question is , what are some reliable insurance companies in Florida , that are also highly likely to provide sinkhole endorsement coverage?  

@Maneesh Joshi maybe its different here in KY, but i've never had to turn in a lease agreement for any of the rental properties I insure for my customers. if you are rehabbing the property, you should have 6 months to get that done, but will have to put the vacancy endorsement on the policy. then remove the extra endorsement once its rented out. maybe try a different agent...

I believe you can't even endorse a check issued to one company over to another.

Since my husband and I are the only members of the LLC, do we need to get an endorsement for the LLC on the title insurance policy or are we already covered by the policy as there has been no change in parties holding interest in the property?  

I paid nearly $1,000 in for the following title insurance endorsements  100, 300, 900, 1015We started removing content from the property the next day, so we could proceed with demolition.
