If you are marketing your property as kid or dog friendly, buy things that coincide with that like high chair, kids plates, cups, silverware, kid games, and maybe some kid proofing like outlet covers.

Just curious how others here have handled learning about service dogs last minute?

Between Investing and breastfeeding I Had upgraded my business and started also consulting business owners about visual content.2021 I launched my marketing agency ‘The visualistit’ and thought business owners who have great ideas and want recognition - to market themselves and their businesses through videos on social, and feel really comfortable in front of the camera.In 2022 I did my third investment, this time in Israel, my country, 1076 sqft, remodeled it with contractors and rented it.2024 it is stronger than me 🙂 I decided to do real estate full timeI realized that I really love real estate because I love many parts of it,first it’s a people business, and for me that’s almost the best part :) Second, it's a creative business, from rehab and design to creative financing.

Go visit all the other new/newer buildings around there to see what amenities they offer like dog washes/automation/business centers/fitness centers/package lockers/etc and compare the rents.   

A service animal can only be a dog or a small horse (no joke.)

Along with my wife, 2 yr old daughter, and one yr old son, we have two large dogs that stay indoors with us. 

Then there are calls about all sorts of minor stuff - and just odd behavior, like calling the gas company at midnight because they thought they smelled rotten eggs….. getting our gas shut off for a day, bringing over questionable house guests, bringing over a small dog and housing it without asking, and just overall kind of being a mess.

During this same time period my wife and I both quit our jobs and started a dog-walking company.

I wont go into details about that place, but i wouldn't feel safe walking my dog there at all.
