I used it and am well satisfied.previously, my will/trust was done by an estate attorney who charged me about $2,500. 10 years later circumstances have changed quite a bit and same attorney quoted $8,000.

Back then when we “flipped” a contract to an end buyer and hence didn’t complete the purchase ourselves, it was the result of an opportune circumstance rather than a defined strategy; we negotiated an offer fully expecting to complete the purchase ourselves (unless something negative was discovered).
