That means they will deny every claim you have as soon as they see it was advertised for rental.

They are within their rights though to deny your request.

@Denis Ponder it's a great way to build a portfolio, even if you only do it a couple times it can be a powerful strategy.

If they do, be very careful in denying them because they are too large.

But it’s a loophole the the dishonest have discovered they can readily abuse.
