I guess it would all depend on whether one views life through the lens of scarcity or abundance.I my case I choose abundance!

Pay a professional, or at least find someone with a decent camera and a knowledge of lighting and a wide angle lens to show your property at its best.

If you are not going to use a professional photographer, then at least use a camera with a wide angle lens.  

We use high res pics with wide angle lens to display most of our homes.
