If I have specific questions about a transaction I’m doing or something like that, I just ask via email or phone call.

Does anyone have experience with that kind of transaction?

I am in northern NY ( not upstate- 1 hour south of CAN border) Google say $100-$200/sqft.

Especially if they profit from the transaction. 

If that happens during the spring, this is could be a devastating RE transactional year.

@Allison Littman To structure the purchase creatively, you could split the $600k transaction into a $400k purchase agreement and a $200k charitable donation to the seller’s tax-exempt organization.

I believe subject to transactions, done CORRECTLY, between KNOWLEDGABLE participants, with FULL DISCLOSURE, are typically successful transactions that have benefits for both sides.  

In particular, the ability to auto-sync and categorize bank transactions (similar to Stessa), easily track expenses against budgets, and streamline lease creation with lease templates is quite nice.

@Ankit Lodha, as others have pointed out, this sounds like a transaction you should be able to get done.

On the other end of the spectrum you have those teaching others how to syndicate larger transactions.
