I have a title report from my lawyer, but it is somewhat confusing as the land has been subdivided (it started as 9 acres and is now 1.5) and has quite a few transactions - including to the county (I.e allowing the county to build a road).

I am currently in the process of filing lawsuits against all of these tenants on behalf of my clients, and I am hoping we can add criminal charges onto the civil suits.

How would they get to any of these subsurface rights with 1/8th acre lots and barely 20 feet in any direction between any houses and any roads.
