I gave tenants my direct deposit coupons without my address and ably 4 numbers of bank account.

I have gone to the Post office and gotten the handwritten change of address form, in there there is a 10% Off Lowe's coupon.

I had this happen when I refinanced and the lender found it, turns out the payment coupons had gone to the house and the tenant forgot or I did and it wasn't paid for about 9 months.

And to find out the class didn't give you the 3% closing costs coupon is a pi55er.

Hi everyone,Wanted to get some feedback on an idea I was thinking about.When I send out the letter to homeowners telling them that I buy houses I was also thinking about adding a line at the bottom saying that if they refer someone to me I will pay them $100 at closing and the person they refer to me will get $200 towards moving costs and then giving them a coupon code to give to that homeowner.I'm wondering if anyone has tried this and whether it's a bad idea for some reason or if there is a better way of implementing it.Thanks for your time

I think my level is around a 20% discount but I can't stack it with any other discounts (like this MIR or any coupons).  

I could also structure it where I give investors a 15% coupon and do all debt.  

go get a JV partner that will take 1/2 the profit, and might want a preferred coupon added to the loan as well.
