If your in a market facing off against me as competition to lease a property..... good luck, your gonna need it. 

Up until 2 years ago I did all the work myself so the renovations were a fraction of the cost.

Oregon has a fraction of wholesaling activity compared to these other markets..

Now granted Google feeds them for free but those coders and tech folks put in some long hours and there is uber competition there is no punching a clock in those type of places..

My hiccups from a percentile basis are minute to folks with a fraction of my portfolio simply because of the aforementioned statement.

The community is also a wonderful place where we help each other win - along with some healthy competition.

There was more competition on the wash & fold side as there were definitely other companies operating in the area.Self-service was about half of our revenue and dry cleaning/wash & fold made up the other half.
