Operationally, it's easier in multifamily and you'll have cost-saving opportunities as well when it comes to certain expenses.

The real prohibitive costs come from the legal, compliance, and reporting requirements of registering a security.

Lets say its $270k and you are financing $220k and it takes a year at 12% thats $26k in interest plus other costs etc.
