What I said in an earlier comment about "section 179 can't be used to create a business loss", that wasn't entirely accurate/complete.

@Jason ODell, a few comments:1.

It might be wise to remove the listing, and relist as a brand new place now that you have a solid cleaner.Some of the comments show that the paint has issues etc.

Read some other comments - I guess it is technically a cash out refi, but you're paying off a line of credit as opposed to putting the cash in your pocket which is what I typically think of when there is a 'cash out refi'.

They did comment that the previous owners did not allow that, and I know through some research of my own that many parks don't. 

Attorney spokesperson declined to say whether the office was conducting an investigation into RAD, citing Justice Department policy not to comment on any investigations that the office may, or may not, be pursuing.
