thats 4200 in lost rent at 100 a month it will take you 42 months to get that money back.. and if you keep waiting it just gets worse.. price your rental to be the BEST priced one on the block the first one to get occupied not the last. this is were competition for rentals can bring rents DOWN and does. do the math..

There was a road that led to it, but the neighbor that owned the land that the road crossed had piled up a huge pile of debris to block access. 

Maybe something happens on the block which pushes rental rates down, but still provides a sale option.

I would urge great caution when choosing neighborhoods and even blocks to invest in as things can go uphill or downhill very quickly.
