Risk reward consideration.  

It works great for wholesalers who sell the deals to a flipper, so a flipper can reap the rewards by going the extra mile and conducting their own marketing

Starting over with a new property manager with a new listing can be a positive, as Airbnb and others reward new listings with additional exposure, especially if you are headed into the busy season.

Rehabs are such a rewarding way to get into real estate—that's how I started too (flips)!

When coming from contribution, people sense your sincerity...and the world often rewards you by bringing you leads. 

On the day of closing, we drove Anna and her son to finalize the sale, then immediately took them to the airport to catch their flight to Las Vegas.The most rewarding part of this experience came at the airport when Anna hugged us, crying tears of joy.

Any time someone makes a recommendation and they are rewarded if someone else believes and acts on their recommendation, story, etc. it is by definition a “biased” recommendation.
