Them: We’re asking under what it was listed for, and this is a marketplace.

I've had success selling the vacant land I'm picking up on Facebook Marketplace but recently it seems to have really slowed down. 

Insurance company is making me get a UL certified central fire alarm system for this 4 unit I bought in PA. 

I find market price with a combo of that website and looking at what other LL's are asking for on Facebook Marketplace.

I think the better question to ask is, in any given market, how will you differentiate yourself and add value to the marketplace?

@Dave Kush You can send them a certified letter that it is no longer a smoking building and you would have to use an existing term like quiet enjoyment or not disturbing others to enforce.
