What type of properties are you targeting?

I was wondering if anyone had ideas on how I might be able to attract more tenants who are okay with having this type of policy as I know it might be a bit of a niche market, but I'd love to hear any suggestions.

When you mention STR, are you referring to a specific type of short-term rental classification, or is there a particular regulation you're looking into?

I have learned over many years of investing and working with many different types of investors, that there are many different types of Quality Deals, and they are not that same for every investor. 

I don't have any brand preferences personally (I use Fantasy Spas at most of my units but I'm sure there are alot of reputable options), but just make sure wherever you place it is built to handle that type of weight.

Would you be looking for a "fixer upper" type property or something with little to no rehab (aka "turn-key")?

There are types of deductible debt: - Acquisition debt (a loan to directly acquire an asset)-Renovation loan (loan against an asset, used to renovate that asset)-Replacement debt (a loan which is a refinanced replacement of an initial qualifying replacement). 

I’m newer to Santa Fe though, but am eager to broaden my knowledge.What neighborhoods or property types in Santa Fe have you found especially promising?
