I have a property that is perfect for someone wanting 30 days, and I never had 1 request for 30 days or more (and I don’t really want it anyway, but just saying) - I definitely wouldn’t bother in your situation.  

He used to get 25k margins on the starter houses to flip but now the margins have gone down to 5k or 10k  a house so he doesn't bother with those anymore.
