Of course, we have had tenants tell us the same thing - they don't like a vendor (who we know is licensed, does quality work, and is almost universally beloved by everyone else who has worked with them), they insist a repair should have been done differently, etc.

All I can say is our government today reminds me of my beloved Chicago Bears during the late 60's and 1970's. 

That said, I do like that Texas is nearly as landlord- and lender-friendly as my beloved Georgia.

I am reading every book I can download onto my kindle and just started the "UBG" offered on this forum.

I’ve bought so many of the books mentioned on my Kindle which is cheaper than the physical copy.

For those withe less than 10 units, you may actually be loved and cherished for your kind benevolent ways!

Basically, if it's available on Kindle Unlimited, I've read it.
