I have no experience with any rehab projects and have even shied away from re-grouting our own bathtub tiles for fear of ruining something.

Hey guys, I recently had an issue with a crack in a bathtub.  

The story is pretty typical: inherited tenant did not report leaking bathtub faucet, it caused water damage downstairs and was reported by the tenant from below.

A bathtub full of water with a human in it, or a king-sized bed with two humans, isn't something they necessarily automatically make attics able to bear. 

Take it home, dump it in your bathtub, get inside and take a selfie with a cheesy smile.

I checked and her bathtub needed caulking so I fixed that but she said that would would now like new floors because she is worried about mold.

Every living unit must have at least one (1) bathroom which includes a flushing toilet, lavatory/sink and a bathtub/shower.

There is a damaged floor joust under the bathtub that can be fixed with a sister joust soon.

Once I was tiling a bathtub/shower wall and I put the soap dish off-center.
