We started using an encryption service at the end of last year of which also screens emails and attachments for authenticity.

I'm not sure the 2nd can always be sure the 1st note is authentic since it's not recorded, and if loan docs are signed out side of escrow the original note may not ever be in escrow, i think the only thing they care about is the deed of trust since it has to be recorded.I take back my "unfair" comment about the first foreclosing for a the no-2nds default, it's a legal contract so it's fine.

Also, upload a personal pic instead of a target so people can get to know you better - the real key is being authentic; it is hard to get that when people are networking with a target or anything other than your face.Keep up the good work . . . and good luck.
