I was reading up about it, and saw that the cons of oil heating include needing to top up the oil supply, lower efficiency (than gas and electric), and potential leaking of tanks leading to environmental issues.Is anyone familiar with oil heated homes?

They equate the period leading up to the time its ready to rent as the risky part of the real estate process and pay a premium to bypass that part but this leaves them with unreasonable expectations because the real estate they purchase is inherently risky.

Looking into other markets now, I can find returns in the 400-500/month using a similar fee model which leads to me to believe that while you can still find deals in Palm Bay, it is very tough to do so.
