I'm a very likable guy with a can do/will do attitude.

I'm also getting very concerned by the attitude the City and the residents have taken towards entitlement of improvements.

One thing I would like to add, and take it for what it's worth, is the title of your post....you need a more positive attitude.

Throwing your hands up and simply giving up is a defeatist  attitude that simply is not acceptable in business. 

Of course now I wonder if her attitude is going to make a difference.
