Why don't you do a LOT more research here on BP, via articles, books and podcasts, then apply what you've learned and then ask clarifying questions on the forums?

I would start off listening to some of the bigger pockets videos on Youtube and then reading some of their articles and books. 

I am wondering if my first steps (past the education part) is to build a network of people who know, like, and trust me through posting content like newsletters, articles, podcasts, doing webinars, going to events (aka build my brand), or, should I first find a deal and then raise capital?

At this stage I do not know if responsibility for necessary termite infestation treatment is determined purely by the articles of association and other incorporation documents of the HOA or are the HOA directors in direct breach of any Broward County, Florida State or Federal laws in not doing anything about the ( apparently widespread ) termite problem in the community ?

While doing that, rethink how to best invest and deploy your corpus.I saw this article and thought of your plight.

Wow, this is one of the longest threads I’ve seen on BP in awhile.I recently wrote an article on the cost of note education that was posted in PPR’s weekly newsletter, so the original topic kind of hits home for me.
