It's amazing to see old properties get renovated into something beautiful again - It's one of my favorite things about being a Chicago general contractor!

It amazes me how much random transient travel it gets(bowling tournaments, pawn shop remodels, manufacturing employees, traveling photographers, etc). 

Thinning the herd is amazing and should be done yearly just like you are doing.

Congratulations Greg, Those are amazing returns from. 2014 to 2023 over a 10 year span to average 40 per cent is phenomenal.
