It looks like "Good Egg" is simply an Entity that collates funds, and then invests those funds on your behalf with the actual sponsors/general partners that actually purchase the properties, get the loans, manage the properties and distribute the funds.

I reached out to only 3 two got back and 1 I was actually able to have a conversation with.

Our real goal is to refi the homes before we come close to the due date and pay them off early. 

Each unused lock/deadbolt gets stored in a freezer bag with date and unit the lock was last used on -- so we do not inadvertently place the same lock on the same unit.
