Question for flippers, appraisers, or people experienced with appraisals: I am about to fix-up my 1910 folk Victorian in preparation for a refi where I'd like to suck out as much of the equity as possible to use for an additional investment property down payment.

Well made Victorian homes do quite well and in some areas they just simply don't make sense as investment property not because people don't like them, but because they are priced to high to have positive cash flow.
