Its a nice house , but the owner is having a living ZOO basicly in the house .

That said, I'm personally surprised that that West Philly part of Girard is not changing... it is a convenient location, out near the zoo and close to 76. 

There was the tiger in front of the TV set.Since then, the Lion was taken away to a zoo I imagine, and the owner was stuck with court dates and stiff fines.Anyway, I never had luck with short sales.

It is in a convenient location, close to many restaurants, business centers, highway, downtown, airport, hospitals, seaworld, zoo, etc.

It was both environmentally and culturally diverse, they speak English (not understandable English in some parts), and the currency is based on US dollar.Rain forest, Cayes, an atoll, Mayan ruins, great waterfall, Caves, interesting zoo, cool towns (really liked Placentia).I could envision visiting Belize annually.
