Hi, first time poster but skimmed through some of the biggerpockets books, watched the youtube and hopeful for some good learning and sharing here. 

Skimmed it and found some ground breaking discoveries so far.  

Account Closed I skimmed through this, so I'm not sure if anyone mentioned it yet, but Khan Academy has some fantastic short videos that really helped me wrap my brain around some of the more simple concepts with visualizations when I was younger.

In the case of a grocery store they are providing us with needed groceries like Milk.

I skimmed this thread to see if anyone else mentioned it, and saw that perhaps you could use a bit of help with the funding part, too.

Fixing & skimming old plaster walls. 

I've skim coated the grooves in paneling with joint compound prior to paint to give it a smooth drywall appearance.

Most had the kitchens, laundry rooms & bathrooms across the back & it was not unusual to find Chickens running wild & a cow or goat in the bathroom being milked.  

I was getting 1% and I was skimming the pool.

Manage the hell outta this thing (trim fat, milk it, produce fruit, etc...), save.
