As mentioned, I would leave it and use that as a storage closet.

Great property, perfect setup for a duplex with separate driveways, entrances, back patios w/ storage, brand new roof, plumbing, newer HVAC, appliances, flooring, etc.

Adding rooms does create the potential for more conflict but carefully thought-out floorplans, designate wet and dry storage spaces, and provide supplies.

Carpets in bedrooms are okay since there will be less foot traffic with shoes on in those rooms.

A storage unit is very different to manage than low income housing or a single family in the suburbs.

Even just pulling Comps for bedrooms, bathrooms,sqft,acreage build year,only 5 comps come up within 5miles.add a 30x40 shop in the mix and a tiny home on a neighboring lot.1/4 acre pond. 3 storage buildings.brand new roof and hvac.

The land is unbuildable for residences and we build these storage workshops on the properties.
