I'm a Marine veteran working in the elevator construction industry full time.

Just finished building a vacation beach home with elevator.  

My ideal criteria includes: 1,200 - 1,500 sqft, 3 bed, 2 bath, garage (contingent on elevation), and bullet proof.I have seen some listings for somewhat odd and overgrown parcels of land selling low where the numbers might work quite well.

He talks about creating an elevator pitch, using a binder, etc.

 (25K for the swap, $10K for the appraisal/condition inspection $10K for the   (They felt there was about $900,000 in maintenance that would need to be done over 10 years)  Roof's, elevators, blacktop etc.   

I was then told there had been damage, and it would therefore not be refunded.I asked for evidence, and was sent photographs of a scratch and some scuffs to an elevator door surround, along with a note saying the area had 'just been painted'.I have no idea if these marks were there before.  

It's not overly complicated but due to the elevation requirements/foundation etc I am probably looking at $250/sqft... so 450k.  

Corporate and Individual Tax unfriendly state (Aetna, ge, Otis elevator to name a few left this year.

Elevations out here in Colorado did 90% for us.
