Do you think that going through the efforts of becoming an RA under a broker and paying all of the dues that come along with that would supersede obtaining a position where I could apply the skills from events (permitting, design, vendor mgmt, etc.) to handle every aspect of a flip and not have to worry about all the paper that comes with being a real estate agent?
