Since we live in Orlando area, we are looking at a STR in Disney area. 

For example, they won't need to cover your personal belongings (furniture, clothing, etc.) because you won't be living there.A landlord policy should cost about the same as a homeowner's policy; it just changes what is covered.

Right now I have two properties live.

Not the cheapest 25% or the most expensive 25% but I’m the middle, where people want to and can afford to live. 

Hello, I live in southeastern Wisconsin and currently have a long-term duplex in Wisconsin.

I currently live in the Bay Area, but I’ve decided to start investing in the Jackson County/MO area.

I plan to move down to Miami to be closer to more investors and a better quality of living.
