My second piece of advice is waiting six months and stashing more cash before jumping right into another deal.

LOL We even had a resident we dubbed the "mysterious shitter" because he would randomly take a dump and stash it in various places like under a sink, beside the toilet, on the drain in the shower.  

Often times, people will have cash stashed away in a tin can at home. 

Sure I can find some joker for less money.  

Lets not forget that in most cases, you can stash tax free (ROTH) money in your 401k.

And they had stashed the stolen objects on your property, and then name dropped you to the police.

You have no idea of the value of the items inside; we have seen cases in which individuals lived like absolute paupers but had personal property of very high value stashed in the apartment upon death.
