We share same culture background.These people used to buy those CA/NY homes with cash or buy investment with negative cash flow hoping it would appreciate…and filthy realtors would really took advantage of these people. 

The city is so big, but we have a unique culture of sharing here and I think you can safely keep the 25k in your pocket to invest vs giving it to some guru to help you find your next deal, etc. 

There is still lots of great and useful stuff in there though.Of course, the fact that you're Greek will be hugely helpful, especially when it comes down to all the cultural aspects.On another note, I love Greece but, if I was forced to choose between the two, I'd personally rather own property in Switzerland than in Greece.
