Is it a good enough deal to put up with the long distance headache?

Nothing is foolproof of course, but if someone else has experience with them and feels good enough to recommend them because they have vetted that vendor - then that's a good place to start.Visit some local real estate meetup groups.

Im buying it tho not building it , i literally just made a post asking if the deal was "Good enough" a minute ago because of cashflow.

Still, no multi family homes in good enough shape to move in to a unit immediately and rehab the other or even both.

What kind of details would I need to give as to location of where the units are to prospective buyers of the units...meaning, is the city/town and descriptive of what its near good enough?

The heating and cooling is definitely not as balanced as a ducted system, but it's good enough.

and if you then consider the money saved in year 2, 3, 4, etc... that's pretty good. but again, if you go and refi out of this in 4-5 years, you'll just have pretty much broken even with making that extra investment up front. if the rate is fixed for 10+ years and you'd wanna stay in it that long, like you don't feel like you'll be able to get a good enough refi option in that time to get out of this loan for a lower rate elsewhere.. then i'd probably do it.
