Give me the boring option that promises a modest return all day.Yes ...The problem with syndication mainly twofolds :1. they are targeting newbie investors, many times with financial due diligence unawareness, these newbie investor doesn't know which syndicator has actually good operating company with established vertical or just two three people operation.

so far so good one project is well and septic.. of course we had to drill wells and do all the ground tests etc.. the other projects are basically infill with mainlines already established. out west here each state is different.. in CA you will hear the term Mello Roos ..
