Why do so many private citizens outside the all-inclusive resorts and gated private communities you mentioned find employment carrying large firearms to protect other private citizens?

Do you tell them that the ONLY way to make it in the rental biz is to do all the work themselves like deal with the crackheads, have to carry a fire arm, repair broken plumbing on weekends, etc etc?

I will be taking a flashlight, gloves, drill, hammer, mask, and firearm.

Free to own a firearm with limited hassle and time if you are a good citizen, in MA it takes an act of congress even for prior service members like myself. 

Second note, the proper term is firearms rather than "guns". ;-)

What is your policy in regards to allowing firearms on premise in small multi-family buildings?

Just like you are not free to recklessly discharge a firearm in a crowded place, you are not free to go around possibly infecting others, otherwise you violate the NAP.That all being said I think we need to begin rolling out a reopen ASAP, as in the immediate future, as it makes sense where it makes sense.
