To start off, I am not new to the game, my father was an experienced flipper and he figured out how to BRRR himself before YouTube was really a thing.

My father in law would say Yes, but that is also why we don't prepare his tax returns.

Having your corporation own a house and then having your father stay in it sets off some red flags in my mind...

I'm helping my father expand his RE portfolio.

But other than that I am a father of a smart energetic little boy, who has dreams of going places and i want to be able to get him there and not have to worry about the how, but just the when!!  

Left out some details there but in short my sister and I plan on selling some farmland passed down from our father to invest in other assets. 

The cash came from my own personal savings and my father who invested in this deal with me.

I have finally set it in my mind and saved up enough money to rehab a older house given to me and my father by my grandfather when he passed.

My handyman's son (in his early 30s) who had so far been reasonable for helping me with projects on my own home for the past several months, recently shared that fact that his father isn't getting any new jobs and so I gave him  (son, not father) a bunch of projects he can help out with, mostly outdoors/landscaping and exterior.I never pay per hour, as that would materialize an employee-employer relationship.
