Completely agree, they have a solid reputation as a company that pays on time and as promised.

.: 100% Truth There is so much "fakeness" in social media these days, it's absolutely unreal.

its those dreamers that get hoodwinked by fake lenders that tell them what they want to hear just to get some non refundable due diligence money up front on deals they know will never go because the borrower is as you describe or the property aint worth it.

Because many have been burned over the past few years investing with sponsors who had little to no experience and investors were caught by the glamourous and sexy returns that were being promised that they were getting four years ago but are now gone from big returns to big losses.So the first question you are gonna have to answer is how do you plan on protecting investors money?

Right now, he's giving a lot of ugly on syndications that promised the moon and are falling apart. 

This includes some local Notary’s who have their name on these forged documents and a LOT of fake operating agreements.

But I promise you, I won't come here and post like I can predict the markets.  

Likely that he faked a robbery at a construction site, though I can't prove it, but it was after that when things went downhill.
