Since I am looking to raise 100k on this park, I can understand it being more difficult simply because the amount lessens the number of people who can lend on it, but I also think that because of the Coronavirus a lot more people are more hesitant to loan making it harder to raise money.

This year was doing really great with low inventory, low rates and properties were selling like cup cakes until 2 weeks ago when the coronavirus kicked in....I recently purchased and rehabbed an SFR in South Orange County, Ca and it’s currently for sale (34 days) at $1.3M with with some interested buyers....BUT I got (and many of us) stuck with this coronavirus situation which has slowed down showings and sales tremendously.Any suggestions, ideas, tips to sell it a little faster?

I'm trying to understand if the price is too high, if it's too early for renters to be looking for a lease Starting mid April, or if everyone is paused because of the Corona Virus.

Both bids were received "pre/early corona virus". 

Now that I have finally gotten the tenants out and I am ready to finish up the process, yet now comes the Corona Virus.
