I tend to say no to the wind, but look at costs vs coverage and the language used.Best of luck!

You will want your agent to add language into your offer that says "Contingent upon satisfactory review by the buyers" if you want to be able to terminate for something that's not inspection related.

However, child support agencies don't always seem to understand how businesses work and also don't seem to know how to follow their own laws because they can't make sense about what the language even means in the laws because, again, they don't understand businesses. 

That language obviously isn't in the document.

@Daniel M. take a close look at your 401k plan's language around "loans".   

Dale Osborn - alot of folks, believe ir or not still use them so I find myself speaking their language.

Their classes ensured a basic level of real estate knowledge and allowed everyone to speak the same language.

Legal documents and customs are tricky in a native language let alone a foreign one.
