I see this as direct benefit of creating something for folks to make a living and feed their family.Teaching real estate techniques to me is something different but at the end of the day if you have one of your students excel and move foreword then they themselves are hiring GC's working on financing buying products etc etc.. so your contributing your just charging a few bucks to get them moving. were as I am doing it myself.we get to the same place, at the end of the day we are  making Chinese manufactor's rich.. that's the bottom line.

The Chinese have a target price less than half current wholesale prices. 

The Chinese investors have in particular become more absent in the investment market in these areas.

If you outsource all that, the costs rise significantly.I live in the Seattle area, and we have a large number of Chinese importers of cabinets, granite, etc., their quality is good and price great.

In California, here's what the law says:A landlord and a tenant may negotiate primarily in Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese or Korean for the rental, lease, or sublease of a rental unit.

The problem is, unless you understand had to read Chinese (not literally), it is very difficult to understand.

It is today Chinese owned but the appliances are still made in the USA for at least another year maybe two.
